We usually feel great satisfaction when our kitchen, office, garage or bedroom is clean and tidy. But what about our mind?
Meditation can help us balance our mind as we navigate the world with all its stress and stimulation. Buddha taught that the mind is always moving, flitting from thought to thought without control. They might seem harmless, but these fleeting thoughts make our inner world cluttered and unpeaceful.
Each Wednesday evening class begins with a guided breathing meditation and culminates with a second meditation based upon the evening’s topic. Perfect for beginners or those with meditation experience. Open to everyone.
Please arrive a few minutes early to settle.
