When we begin or re-start a meditation practice, the initial burst of enthusiasm that motivates us might not be sustainable, and in not too long our meditation is a chore.
To enjoy our meditation practice we need to apply steady, day-after-day effort that is light and joyful. Join us on Thursdays for encouragement and inspired ways of thinking to help you develop the habit of enjoying your meditation practice. Everyone is welcome.
Each class begins with a guided breathing meditation and brief prayers, and culminates with a second meditation based upon the evening’s topic. Perfect for beginners or those with meditation experience. Open to everyone.
Please arrive a few minutes early to settle, whether in person or online.
