Introduction to Foundation Program

$15Tuesday evenings in September, set goals for your study and meditation practice.
New students are welcome to the classes on September 3, 10, and 17 as we begin our new study season with a new text, The New Eight Steps to Happiness by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche.
Classes are 6:30-8:30pm.
This introduction to our study program is an opportunity to:
– experience guided meditation using prayers and silent contemplation at each class meeting
– meet the Resident Teacher of our Center, Kadam Keli Vaughan, who will be introducing the class
– meet other Students who have an interest in joining Foundation Program for the study of the next book
– consider the benefits of studying and meditating on Buddha’s teachings in a way that is accessible for busy, modern people
– learn more about becoming a Student on this very special study program
