This ancient meditative practice is the best way to transform all types of difficulties — such as pain, illness, and anxiety — into spiritual growth. Once we learn this practice, every breath we take can be meaningful.
These meditations heal both our body and mind, increase our ability to take on challenges, and enhance our love, compassion, and wisdom.
Each class begins with a guided breathing meditation and culminates with a second meditation based upon the evening’s topic. Perfect for beginners or those with meditation experience. Open to everyone.
