Sunday morning In-person

11:15am - 12:15pm beginning October 2024

Each class begins with a guided breathing meditation and Dharma talk, and culminates with a second meditation based upon the morning’s topic. Drop in to any or all classes. Suitable for beginners or those with meditation experience. Open to everyone.
