Everyone, even non-Buddhists, can experience benefit and improved states of mind by contemplating and meditating on basic Buddhist views – views such as the preciousness of human life and the law of cause and effect. Join us for this series of drop-in meditation classes to learn more.
Each class begins with a guided breathing meditation and culminates with a second meditation based upon the evening’s topic. Perfect for beginners or those with meditation experience. Open to everyone.
