Hundreds of Deities Mahamudra Retreat

During January, we take the opportunity to deepen our practice of contemplation and meditation on retreat. If you have the wish to join in, our Resident Teacher, Kadam Keli Vaughan, will be guiding meditations on the five stages of Mahamudra according to Highest Yoga Tantra.

The preliminary prayers for this retreat will be The Hundreds of Deities of the Joyful Land According to Highest Yoga Tantra.

*This retreat is for those who have received the Highest Yoga Tantra Empowerment of Heruka Body Mandala and Vajrayogini or have the intention to receive Highest Yoga Tantra empowerment as soon as possible.
