Our own habits of gratitude, sense of purpose, and especially cherishing others are our best friends. Spend more time with them!

Each class begins with a guided breathing meditation, a Dharma talk, and culminates with a second meditation based upon the evening’s topic. Perfect for beginners or those with meditation experience. Open to everyone.

Drop in, or join as a monthly member for this ongoing Friday class.
