Anger appears in many forms. Sometimes it manifests as a feeling of stress, other times it may take the form of depression. From slight frustration to resentment and embittered rage, anger is an emotion we all need to understand if we are going to enjoy our life. In this series of meditation classes we will explore practical solutions to the problem of anger, deconstructing its causes and learning viable alternatives to this painful habit of mind.
Each class begins with a guided breathing meditation and brief prayers, and culminates with a second meditation based upon the evening’s topic. Perfect for beginners or those with meditation experience. Open to everyone.
Please arrive a few minutes early to settle, whether in person or online.
