A path of wisdom and compassion
Mahakankala Kadampa Buddhist Center was founded by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche while he was on a writing retreat in Santa Barbara. Today we are a spiritual community dedicated to helping people develop inner peace, a happy mind and a meaningful life.
We are a member of the New Kadampa Tradition – International Kadampa Buddhist Union.
