Bookstore
Mahakankala Buddhist Center's bookstore is an excellent resource for books on Buddhism, ritual items, and accessories.
We are affiliated with Tharpa Pubications - a non-profit corporation that publishes books on Buddhism and meditation by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso. Besides books, Tharpa also supplies audio CDs, Buddhist art, and sadhanas for prayer and meditation. Click here to order books online.
The bookstore also offers a selection of Buddha statues, shrine items such as offering bowls, and ritual items such as malas, vajras and bells. We also carry hand-made fabric book covers and meditation cushions.
Please visit our bookstore before and after classes. We are located at 22 West Mission Street between State Street and Chapala Street.
