Meditations for Taking the Edge Off

Overcoming anxiety sounds like a lot of work, doesn’t it? But what is anxiety? Like depression, anxiety and other uncomfortable states of mind are temporary, which means they can change.

Join us for these drop-in classes to learn Buddhist meditations for changing our mind from negative to positive.

Class fee $15 or Bring A Friend for $20. Taught by our Resident Teacher, Keli Vaughan.
