Intro Meditation Class
Now more than ever, the world needs love. Love is a feeling in the mind that wishes others to be happy. If we cultivate this feeling in our mind, we are not only protecting others but also building protection for ourself — against our own painful minds of craving, anger, loneliness, and jealousy.
In this class we will learn to identify obstacles in our mind that lead us away from our our own good heart — and how to oppose these inner obstacles by improving our capacity to love.
Begin a meditation practice using these special Buddhist methods — to deepen your familiarity with the peace that arises from holding love in your mind for longer and longer periods of time.
