Love More, Worry Less
This 5-week meditation & mindfulness series will explore ways to transform the way we view ourself and others.
Each class begins with a guided breathing meditation and culminates with a second meditation based upon the evening’s topic. There is no requirement to attend the the whole series.
Drop in to any or all classes in this course. Perfect for beginners or those with meditation experience. Open to everyone.
