Living in the Moment: Mindfulness of Impermanence

How can we actually live in the moment, in the present, in the here and now? Do we really want to? Or are we simply trying to keep ourselves distracted?

In this age of hyper-stimulation, there is a great interest in — and need for — Buddha’s advice on how to be present and in the moment for a truly satisfying and meaningful life. In this 5-week series of classes we will explore Buddha’s teachings on impermanence and mindfulness to gain personal insights that give rise to peace.
