Happiness is something that each one of us longs for, but often our habitual ways of thinking take us in the opposite direction.
This 5-week meditation & mindfulness series will explore ways of thinking that uplift the mind. By carrying these practices into our busy daily life with mindfulness, we can maintain a light, joyful attitude whatever life throws our way.
Oct 25 – Confidence
Nov 1 – Contentment
Nov 8 – Acceptance
Nov 15 – Joy
Nov 22 – Gratitude
Each class begins with a guided breathing meditation and culminates with a second meditation based upon the evening’s topic.
Drop in to any or all classes in this course. Perfect for beginners or those with meditation experience. Open to everyone.
