DESCRIPTION:Join us In Person. Tonight’s special class is on The Eleven Reversals\, from teachings given by Gen-la Khyenrab at the Fall Festival in Spain. \nThe eleven reversals indicate successful training in key Lamrim meditations and practices by showing what negative attitudes and thoughts are ‘reversed’ at each stage. The eleven reversals also show the benefits of Lamrim meditation and are an inspiring measurement of how to progress on the spiritual path. \nThis class will begin with the preparatory prayers of Heart Jewel\, and will include a guided meditation on the evening’s topic. \nEveryone is welcome to attend this class. \n
