SUMMARY:Compassion for Animals: Deepening Our Love for Others
DESCRIPTION:Animals experience many special sufferings. They often live in constant fear\, greatly lacking mental and physical freedom. Humans exploit them by the millions without their consent. In this short meditation workshop we will explore methods by which we can deepen our compassion for animals\, and use this experience to further our spiritual awareness and development of love for other beings. \nThis short 1/2 day course will include teachings and meditation in two sessions with a break for refreshments or walking.
