SUMMARY:Lamrim Wisdom Retreat
DESCRIPTION:Lamrim meditations train our mind in the stages of the path to enlightenment. With concentration we become more familiar with each stage – from the recognition of the preciousness of this human life\, to understanding the true nature of reality\, and all stages in between. Each session will include preparatory prayers and will include a 30-minute Lamrim meditation guided by our Resident Teacher. \nEnjoy hot tea and read from the Kadampa library between sessions. \nSession 1 — 10:30-11:45am\nSession 2 — 1:45-3:00pm\nSession 3 — 3:30-4:45pm\nSession 4 — 5:15-6:30pm
