This series of classes begins with a free public talk on January 2.
We spend all day every day trying to feel connected to others but can often end up feeling alone. This feeling of loneliness can then lead to other unpeaceful states of mind.
Through Buddha’s practical teachings, we can learn how to overcome our miserable feelings of loneliness and alienation, and replace these negative states of mine with positive, happy ones, thereby fulfilling our deepest wishes for peace and happiness.
Everyone is welcome to any or all classes in this series, regardless of background or experience.
