* This silent day retreat is open to HYT practitioners and those who received empowerments in Portugal 2013.
Four sessions of The Uncommon Yoga of Inconceivability with some guidance and commentary by Mary Harvey. Mary is an experienced meditator who has recently completed a three-month silent retreat on Vajrayogini practice at Tharpaland International Retreat Center.
RETREAT SCHEDULE (tentative)
Session 1 – 10:00 am – 11:15 am
Session 2 – 12:00 pm – 1:15 pm
Session 3 – 2:15 pm – 3:30 pm
Session 4 – 4:00 pm – 5:15 pm
The retreat will be held in silence except for the teacher’s guidance and commentary. It is advisable that retreatants review the sadhana The Uncommon Yoga of Inconceivability and its commentary Keajra Heaven beforehand.
Please arrive in time to park, register, and settle in to your retreat cushion. Hot and cold beverages will be provided in community room at breaks. Silent walks between sessions are encouraged. Session 1 begins at 10:00am.
