Basic Buddhist Teachings & Meditations: Karma – Actions & Their Effects
Thursday Nights beginning May 28
Karma is a special instance of cause and effect. The purpose of understanding and believing in karma is to prevent future suffering and to establish the basic foundation for the path to liberation and enlightenment.
This class begins with a guided breathing meditation and culminates with a 2nd meditation based upon the evening’s topic. Everyone is welcome.
