Living Without Anger
Life is often filled with difficulties and conflict. However, through training our mind we can learn to use these experiences as opportunities for the growth and development of our happiness. In this course, we will explore creative methods to transform daily annoyances and difficulties through the practice of Buddhist meditation.
Everyone is welcome – no experience of meditation is necessary.
