Being Like Buddha: a meditation retreat to follow in his footsteps

The inner peace of Buddha is unsurpassableThe mind of going for refuge characterizes the Buddhist way of life and is the foundation for all spiritual realizations.

By going for refuge to Buddha, Dharma and Sangha we make a decision to take Buddhas’ teachings to heart, rely upon them sincerely, and put the Dharma into practice in our daily life, thus firmly placing our feet on the path to the blissful inner peace of enlightenment.

Guided retreat sessions will be provided the week following the course and vows so that everyone can deepen their refuge practice as they wish.
